Job Description
Job Title: Account Manager About the Role We are seeking energetic and motivated Account Managers to join our team. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for nurturing a book of business and managing client relationships. You'll maintain timely communication with customers including shipment updates, quote requests, and account support. You'll also support growth by identifying new opportunities within accounts to maximize revenue and profitability. What You’ll Do Speak with customers via phone and email, responding quickly and professionally Bid on customer jobs/ projects Use our Transportation Management System (TMS) with precision and accuracy Track and trace shipments using mobile apps and third-party tools Maintain detailed load and delivery records Partner with the Operations Team to maximize efficiency and reduce costs Build and maintain strong customer relationships Contribute to team and departmental goals What We’re Looking For Freight brokerage experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and negotiation skills Energetic, motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience preferred, but we’re open to training the right candidate Why Join Us?
