Account Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Costa Mesa, CA, for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will own day-to-day management of a key B2B account, building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving execution across all stages of production. Responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, managing project timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery of merchandise orders. This role will act as the central point of communication between internal teams and clients, proactively identifying and solving issues, and delivering a high level of customer experience. Qualifications Strong relationship management and client communication skills Proven account management experience (B2B preferred) Understanding of manufacturing, production, or supply chain environments Project management experience, including managing timelines and coordinating tasks across teams Proficiency with tools or systems used for production, distribution, or logistics Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges effectively Attention to detail and organizational skills Experience in merchandising, licensing, or related fields is a plus Proficiency in using ERP platforms and project management software Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $70,000 - $75,000 Benefits Package PTO 401(k) On-site role, 5 days per week in Costa Mesa
