Account Manager

Amerigrass Landscape Inc. is seeking an experienced Landscape Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, account management, and crew supervision. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure properties are maintained at the highest level. Responsibilities Manage landscape maintenance accounts and client relationships Communicate regularly with property managers and HOA boards Oversee crew schedules, productivity, and quality control Complete work tickets, reports, and proactive property proposals Direct crew leaders and ensure work is completed efficiently Maintain high standards for all assigned properties Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Minimum 2 years of landscape account management experience required Minimum 3 years of landscaping experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Mechanical knowledge is a plus Valid Driver’s License required Compensation & Benefits We value our team and offer: Competitive compensation ($65,000–$80,000 based on experience) 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Company vehicle Supportive, team-oriented culture Job Details Full-time In person ADA Statement Amerigrass Landscape Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
