Services include warehousing and transportation, retail display design and production, supply chain services, kitting, light assembly, returns management, quality checks, and value-added services. Our mission is to help customers optimize costs, improve efficiency, and strengthen their customer relationships. Essential Functions Lead the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering required information and documentation, timeline management, and system coordination. Partner with operations, IT, and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth go‑live transition. Train clients on processes, tools, and communication expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day client needs. Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business, supply chain requirements, and success metrics. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are addressed or escalated appropriately. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients, including performance metrics, service trends, improvement opportunities, and cost impacts. Prepare customer-specific reporting such as KPIs, shipping trends, inventory metrics, and SLA compliance. Communicate client needs, priorities, and feedback to internal teams including warehouse operations, IT, transportation, and leadership. Build long-term client relationships that promote trust, retention, and mutual success. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred. 2–5 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles; 3PL or supply chain experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of logistics operations (warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, inventory management). Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills. Ability to interpret data and present insights to clients. Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills with attention to detail. Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
