Account Manager

Marshall and Sterling Inc is seeking an Account Manager to join our Sales & Business Development team in the Insurance industry. In this client-facing role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and personal lines accounts, deliver tailored insurance and risk management solutions, and support new business development. You will conduct coverage reviews, prepare quotes and proposals, coordinate renewals, and ensure exceptional client service. Collaborating closely with producers and internal teams, you will help identify cross-sell opportunities while upholding Marshall & Sterling’s supportive, team-focused culture.
