Role Description We're looking for a sharp, driven Account Manager who's not just keeping up with AI — they're using it every day to work smarter, move faster, and deliver bigger results for clients. This is a 4 day remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, serving as a primary point of contact, strategizing and overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of projects aligned with client goals. The role includes building strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring project timelines and budgets, and maintaining high-quality service throughout each project cycle. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Manage and grow client relationships from day one, owning communications, briefs, estimates, and status reports Build and manage our CRM system to organize new and current business clients — contacts, pipelines, and follow-ups Use AI tools actively in your workflow, content ideation, copywriting, social scheduling, reporting, and more Lead social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube via Hootsuite and other platforms (including paid ads and Stories) Leverage AI-powered platforms for campaign optimization, SEO/SEM research, and digital media planning Write creative briefs, client change orders, and meeting notes with clarity and precision Run email marketing via Highlevel with AI-assisted content and segmentation Support new business development — help build decks, respond to RFPs, and present ideas with confidence Manage billing and invoicing through Client & Profits and keep accounts financially on track Manage client projects in ClickUp and keep everything organized and on-schedule Support luxury and premium brand accounts — proofing itineraries, digital collateral, eblasts, DMs, and web banners to an elite standard Proof all client deliverables across print, digital, web, and eblasts with a sharp eye for detail YOU BRING: 2+ years in marketing, account management, or a related role Active, hands-on experience using AI tools in real marketing workflows (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, or similar) Experience with CRM platforms, project management tools (ClickUp), and billing software (Client & Profits a plus) Fluency in Highlevel or similar social scheduling platforms Fluency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills A proactive, solutions-first mindset — you don't wait to be told twice Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (Master's a plus) Spanish proficiency a plus | Adobe Suite a plus WHY PIL: We're a tight-knit, high-energy creative team that punches above our weight.
