The Account Manager is responsible for representing the entire range of ProTechnics products and is responsible for managing and growing client relationships. This role requires leading the customer account planning cycle, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer needs and expectations are consistently met. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service and technical solutions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leads all aspects of the sales process by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, generating new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events. Work closely with operations, laboratory, and management teams to meet performance objectives and exceed customer expectations.
