We’re not looking for average. Blackhat Strategy is a fast-growing advertising agency based in Phoenix working with some of the most aggressive, fast-moving brands in e-commerce, wellness, nicotine, cannabis-adjacent, peptides, and other high-growth industries. Right now, we manage a few hundred active clients. Our goal? 1,000+ clients over the next few years. And we’re building a small, elite team to make it happen. This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems, understands sales psychology, and knows how to keep clients confident and excited even when things get chaotic. You need to be the type of person who: Can calm down an upset client in 5 minutes Understands Meta Ads and e-commerce strategy Knows how email marketing impacts retention and revenue Can upsell naturally without sounding salesy Thinks fast under pressure Takes ownership without needing constant hand-holding This is NOT a customer support role. This is a relationship management + strategy + sales role for someone who understands business and knows how to communicate at a high level. We need someone who can: Manage clients through Slack, phone calls, and text Proactively call clients when issues arise Keep retention high by building trust and confidence Identify opportunities for growth and upsells Work closely with media buyers, project managers, and leadership Instantly create solutions instead of excuses You should already have experience with: Meta Advertising Email Marketing Shopify / E-Commerce brands Sales & objection handling Client communication and retention We move fast.
