Job Description
Overview Join our team as an Account Manager and play a key role in supporting client relationships and driving business growth. In this position, you’ll work directly with business owners, helping coordinate their accounting and financial service needs while ensuring a smooth, high-quality client experience. No prior accounting or tax experience is required — we will train you. What matters most is your ability to communicate well, stay organized, and build strong relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a professional services environment and develop valuable business and financial knowledge over time. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships Communicate with clients regularly to understand their needs and ensure services are delivered smoothly Coordinate with internal teams (accounting, payroll, tax) to make sure client work is completed accurately and on time Follow up on open items, requests, and deadlines to keep client accounts on track Identify opportunities to expand services and support overall business growth Manage client communications, engagement details, and activity within CRM systems (such as Salesforce) Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless transition into our services Provide prompt, professional responses to client questions and requests Maintain a high level of organization across multiple client accounts Represent the company in the community by attending events, networking functions, and local activities to build relationships and increase brand awareness Skills & Qualifications Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional, friendly approach Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and client relationships at once Customer service or account management experience preferred (not required) Comfortable using technology and willing to learn new systems (CRM tools, internal platforms, etc.) Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Willingness to get involved in the community and participate in local events and networking opportunities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
