Primary responsibilities include: Own and grow a defined sales territory with a strong focus on new business development, account expansion, and sustained sales growth. Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans in partnership with sales leadership to achieve annual revenue, margin, and customer retention objectives. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, including new customer acquisition and increased penetration within existing accounts. Provide technical expertise and application support to customers and prospects, delivering hands-on service, troubleshooting, and solution-based recommendations. Design and implement customer programs that leverage Hydrite's manufacturing capabilities, distribution network, and financial strengths to create long-term value.
