Role Overview As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is agency growth. You will proactively generate new business, conduct strategic coverage reviews, cross-sell and upsell existing accounts, and convert both warm and cold opportunities into loyal clients. Strong service supports retention - but sales drives success in this role. Licensing Requirements (Full Licensing Required) Active Property & Casualty license is required prior to Day 1 start in the office. Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days of starting. Full study guidance, licensing support, and onboarding assistance are provided to help you successfully complete the process. Key Responsibilities Proactively market and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance products Conduct comprehensive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities Generate and follow up on new business leads
