Grova Creative is looking for an Account & Marketing Coordinator to serve as the day-to-day contact for select client accounts, support marketing strategy, and help keep creative projects moving from idea to execution. This early-career role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, curious, and ready to grow in both client service and strategic marketing. This is an early-career role ideal for someone with at least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, client service, project coordination, hospitality, customer service, or agency support. This position is full-time. Must be able to work in the office 3 days a week. 2 days are remote. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys: Client communication, project organization, timelines, follow-up, meeting notes, details, approvals, and helping creative work move smoothly from kickoff to completion. You should also be curious about strategy and enjoy connecting the dots between client goals, audience needs, project details, and creative solutions. What We’re Looking For: Our ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. You’re a strong communicator, a natural problem solver, and someone who enjoys building relationships while keeping moving pieces organized. You understand that account management is about more than timelines and to-do lists—it’s about trust, follow-through, and creating a smooth, positive experience for both clients and team members. Examples of What You’ll Be Doing: Serve as the day-to-day contact for select client accounts, with support from senior team members Communicate with clients and internal team members to keep projects moving Support strategy discussions, research, planning, and recommendations for client projects and campaigns Help translate client goals, feedback, and needs into clear next steps for the creative team Help manage project timelines, deadlines, deliverables, approvals, and next steps Organize meetings, notes, follow-ups, project details, and client communication Assist with light proofreading, meeting recaps, client notes, and internal communication; this is not a copywriting role, but some writing will be involved Coordinate with designers, writers, strategists, and other team members to keep work moving Track project progress and help keep accounts organized and on schedule Coordinate social media-related timelines, approvals, content planning, and client communication as needed Contribute to a positive client experience from kickoff to completion Support other account service, marketing, and project coordination tasks as assigned CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple assignments, client needs, and deadlines Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-starter with a collaborative mindset Interest in marketing strategy, branding, advertising, and client service Ability to think critically, ask thoughtful questions, and connect project details back to client goals Ability to adapt in a fast-paced agency environment Experience with marketing, communications, project coordination, account service, or customer service is a plus Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field preferred Must be located in or near Tallahassee, FL or willing to relocate Must be able to work in the office Monday–Wednesday, Thurs & Fri are remote To apply: send your resume to info@grovacreative.com .
