OverviewWe are seeking a motivated outside sales representative to grow our costumer base in the construction rental market across Monroe and Miami Dade counties.Responsibilities Visit construction job sites, contractors, and construction offices to promote our rental equipment and services.Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders and project managers.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads in construction.Prepare quotes, negotiate rental terms, and close sales.Maintain regular contact with existing customers.Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or construction industry.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong communication, and relationship skills.Basic computer skills.Bilingual English/Spanish.Valid driver's license Ability to travel daily throughout Monroe and Miami Dade counties.Join us as an Account Representative where you can make a significant impact on our clients' success while advancing your career in a supportive environment!
