Work closely with senior advisors. Engage prospective clients, qualify investment opportunities. Set high-quality planning appointments. Assist with backend investment operations and client follow-through. Growth-oriented role with clear performance expectations (not just administrative). Key Responsibilities Client Outreach & Qualification Make outbound calls to warm leads, referrals, and targeted prospects. Conduct discovery conversations to assess client goals and fit. Qualify prospects for investment planning conversations. Schedule well-vetted appointments for senior advisors. Answer incoming phone calls for the office. Investment & Operational Support Assist with IPS documentation, onboarding, and account setup. Support investment implementation and follow through. Coordinate data gathering, paperwork, and client requests. Ensure professional and compliance-aligned communication. Client Experience Act as a polished first point of contact for investment prospects. Reinforce planning value, next steps, and expectations.
