TSG - The Sheridan Group seeks a Customer Account Representative to support clients in our Printing Media practice within the Customer Service & Support team. You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, manage print and production orders, track deadlines, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Working closely with senior staff, you’ll coordinate with internal teams, resolve issues, and maintain accurate CRM records while providing responsive, detail-oriented service in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
