Job Description
OBJECTIVE Provide specialized account support by working with members, internal teams, and third-party agencies to ensure the accurate and timely handling of sensitive account matters. Maintain a high level of operational accuracy and compliance by adhering to established procedures and regulatory requirements. Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and embrace change with flexibility and focus. WORKING HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. This position follows a hybrid schedule, with one (1) day per week required in the office and the remaining days can be worked virtually. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1 year of experience in a financial institution or service-related role High School diploma or equivalent required Ability to work independently, as well as multi-task and prioritize work tasks Professional communication skills and ability to communicate with members, team members, collaborating departments, and management through various channels as needed Superior adaptability and works well under pressure Excellent computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new applicable systems Demonstrates general knowledge of or willingness to learn how AI tools are being used in a responsible way to improve results, adapt workflows, and support a culture of innovation ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Account Service Operations – 85% Respond to specialized account-related inquiries from members and external parties Review and process documentation related to member account changes and updates Collaborate across departments and with external entities to gather information and resolve issues Conduct detailed account research and act in accordance with established policies Maintain accurate records by utilizing internal systems to track account status, actions, and resolutions Identify and report accounts requiring further action to Member Resolutions Management Growth and Development – 10% Stay current with industry trends, applicable regulations, procedures, and system updates Identify efficiencies and process improvements within your daily responsibilities. Collaborate with management to implement improvements Attend training sessions, webinars, and industry conferences when required Adhere to all organizational policies related to information security, privacy, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance, including completion of required training and protection of confidential information Other duties as assigned – 5% Support Clearview’s Commitment to fostering a workplace where every individual feels welcomed, valued, and supported.
