Accountant / Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper / Accountant We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our behavioral health practice in Arizona. Key Responsibilities: Full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks, including classifying payments and allocating bills Manage credit card accounts and reconcile transactions Process payroll Handle tax-related tasks and filings Properly allocate and track grant funding Work with our medical billing system (Kipu) to ensure accurate revenue posting Manage AHCCCS/Medicaid billing and reimbursements What We’re Looking For: Strong QuickBooks experience Solid understanding of bookkeeping, payroll, and taxes Familiarity with grant accounting Experience in healthcare or behavioral health (preferred) Experience with Kipu or similar medical billing software is a big plus If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a mission-driven behavioral health environment, we’d love to hear from you.
