As an Accounting Analyst (Level II or III), you will play a key role in compiling, analyzing, and interpreting financial information to support management and leadership decision-making. You will support core accounting functions while ensuring compliance with applicable requirements and regulations and serve as a trusted resource for internal and external partners. This role also focuses on identifying opportunities to optimize business processes through technology and automation, driving greater efficiency and cost effectiveness. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve sophisticated problems, with more advanced expertise, judgment, and mentorship expectations applied at the senior (III) level. Responsibilities/Expectations Performs assigned month-end activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, management reporting, SEC reporting and variance analysis Prepares, maintains and develops schedules, reports, and analyses for internal/external customers
