Position: QBO & Omni Expert Type: Contractor / Hourly Compensation: $34/hr Location: Remote (US only) Commitment: 8 weeks, 40 hours/week with minimum 4 hours overlap with PST Role Responsibilities Provide omnichannel chat support to SMB (small and medium-sized business) owners. Answer general help questions and complex, data-heavy accounting queries. Support bookkeeping and financial guidance using QuickBooks Online (QBO). Analyze and interpret financial data to provide accurate and actionable responses. Complete PPT-based or structured tasks as assigned. Maintain high standards of data privacy, compliance, and client confidentiality Requirements Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO). Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping. Prior experience providing omnichannel chat support. Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis. Ability to handle complex, data-driven accounting questions. Experience working with SMB clients is preferred. Ability to commit 40 hours/week with at least 4 hours PST overlap. Good-to-Have Skills Prior experience as an SMB business owner with hands-on accounting knowledge. Previous engagement as an expert in finance/accounting domain. Comfortable managing high-volume, data-heavy queries. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
