Job Description
Duties include: calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements; prepare trial balances; compile accounting and financial reports related to cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable/receivable, and profits/losses; prepare and process payroll; prepare bank deposits; and prepare checks for utilities, taxes, and other payments. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 24 months of related experience; Intuit QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certificate. Full-time.
