Job Description
Accounting Clerk (HR Support) This role combines accounting responsibilities with HR administrative support, making it ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Pay & Scheduled: $19.00 Hourly 1st shift: Monday Friday: 8:00AM 5:00PM Requirements: Must have 25 years of accounting and/or administrative experience Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Key Responsibilities: Accounting / Administrative Duties / Accounts Payable Enter and manage customer orders in ERP system Support invoicing, billing, and order tracking Assist with job folder creation and contract review processes Research and resolve billing discrepancies Track order status and provide delivery confirmations Support production planning by creating work orders Maintain accurate records and documentation Match invoices with packing slips and purchase orders Enter and code invoices into ERP system Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues Process payments, print checks, and maintain AP records Handle vendor communication and maintain vendor files Assist with month-end closing and reporting Human Resources Support Maintain employee files and HR documentation Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation Post job openings and help coordinate interviews Update employee information in HR systems
