Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Accounting Manager for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $85k-$115k/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire! Responsibilities: General Accounting Perform daily, weekly, and month-end accounting tasks with accuracy and timeliness. Maintain financial records in accordance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and applicable laws. Lead and assist with quarterly and annual close processes, including participation in special accounting initiatives. Cost Accounting Conduct gross margin analysis across products, inventory, and overall business performance. Evaluate job costing data to ensure accuracy and provide insight for pricing and forecasting. Accounts Receivable, Collections & Credit Oversee collections activities, including resolving past-due balances and securing outstanding payments. Assess customer credit risk and make recommendations regarding approvals, denials, and credit limits. Communicate professionally with customers regarding account status and payment expectations. Cash Management Monitor and manage cash flow, including cash balances, financing, disbursements, and investments. Analyze cash forecasts and address variances proactively. Banking & ACH Administration Manage banking transactions, including ACH processing for customers and vendors.
