This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with well-rounded skills from technical accounting to the day to day operational tasks such as payables, financial reporting, budgeting and maintains grants. In addition to payroll with benefits administration and employee relations for a small entity of a larger foundation. Keys to this Role Bachelors of Accounting preferred (or Finance) Non-profit, Grants Accounting or CPA or Public Accounting background will be considered The Accounting Manager maintains payables, coding and ensures correct allocations, accounts receivables, entries and performs reconciliations of accounts; reviews financials and statements preparation performing month end close; maintains budgets, financial reporting on expenses, and grant accounting in Financial Edge software; provides documentation for audits; administers payroll and benefits including retirement plan in ADP and maintains a great culture for employee relations of a small team of remote educational services providers. This role collaborates closely with the CFO and Executives of the main foundation providing reports and requires strong communication skills in English. Use of Financial Edge software and ADP, Excel.
