Accounting Payable agent

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.This role is essential in ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and financial records.If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy working with numbers, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a growing organization.Key Responsibilities - Process vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency - Verify invoice details, and resolve discrepancies - Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries - Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end closing - Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards - Support audits by providing documentation as needed - Agreements contracts with Vendors- Assist with vendor payments as requested by operations team. Review open claims and revolve them.
