Company Description:Tarsco Bolted Tank is a leading tank manufacturing and construction company specializing in bolted tanks.We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and services to our clients while maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence.Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk.The Accounts Payable Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department by assisting with various administrative tasks related to accounting processes.This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and a high regard for confidentiality.This is an in office position located at 5897 State Highway 59 in Goodman, MO.The work schedule is Monday-Thursday, 10 hour shifts.Key Responsibilities: Receive and distribute incoming accounts payable invoices and related documents for approval Prepare and process invoices in NetSuite system, accurately and timely Set up of new vendors and maintain data on existing vendors in accounting system Review and verify Vendor Statements Identify and resolve any discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices Prepare and process weekly vendor payments Identify and assist with creating continuous improvement practices within the accounting functions including special projects for efficiency implementations Management and reconciliation of credit card transactions Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances Work with internal and external customers in a professional manner Other duties as assigned Key Competencies and Skills: Detail-oriented. Ability to successfully work independently and on a team Quickly and accurately identify critical issues, problem solve/investigate, assess a course of action and resolution to ensure positive outcome and process improvement Education/Experience: 2 years in accounts payable/accounting related field. Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Advanced Excel skills are strongly preferred, including proficiency in advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Industry-related experience is a plus.
