Responsibilities Enter invoices into accounting software. Pay invoices by check, online, and ACH. Work with CFO on organizing contracts. Input data into spreadsheets for miscellaneous events. Reconcile vendor statements. Work with vendors on invoice/payment issues. Complete data entry with accuracy and efficiency Work with internal departments on invoice issues. Filing and other miscellaneous office duties. Other duties assigned by manager. Exemplify Thanksgiving Point Mission, Values and Policies. Requirements: At least 1 year accounting schooling or related experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong understanding of Excel and Business Central (Dynamics 365) or similar software. Physical requirements include: sitting for long periods of time, reading and typing in English, manipulate small objects. Ability to meeting tight deadlines with professionalism and "can do" attitude. Great people skills and great communication. Must pass a background check. Must be at least 18 years old.
