This role is a strong fit for someone with accounts payable and general accounting experience who can manage invoice processing, PO matching, vendor reconciliations, and month-end support in a fast-paced office setting. Job Highlights Starting pay of $20.00 per hour Missouri City location Accounts payable and accounting support role Work with invoices, purchase orders, reconciliations, and expense reports Hands-on role supporting daily accounting accuracy and workflow What You'll Do Review invoices for accuracy and confirm proper backup before payment Create material purchase orders, receive materials, and complete 3-way matching Enter PO and non-PO invoices for timely payment processing Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies Analyze freight charges and verify outside carrier invoices Process employee travel and expense reports according to policy Support month-end close with journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger updates Monitor the AP inbox and respond to vendor questions in a timely manner Process transfers between locations and help maintain accurate records Assist with reporting, analysis, and other accounting support tasks as needed What We're Looking For Associate degree 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, general ledger accounting, and reconciliations Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills </
