Company Overview The Farms at Bailey Station is a Senior Living Campus dedicated to providing compassionate care and a supportive environment for our residents across various levels of assistance, including independent living, assisted living, memory support, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term nursing care.Summary We are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team in the US.This vital role will ensure accurate processing of invoices and payments, supporting our commitment to exceptional resident care and operational excellence.The position is based at our campus in the United States.Responsibilities Process and verify invoices and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.Maintain vendor relationships and resolve billing discrepancies.Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.Support audit preparations by maintaining organized records.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Paychex, and Workday to manage transactions.Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.Benefits:401(k) AD&D insurance Dental insurance Disability insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
