Job Title: Accounts Payable & Administrative Coordinator Location: St. Louis, MO | Full-Time | Onsite We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Administrative Coordinator to support daily accounting and office operations. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced industrial environment and can manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Process and maintain vendor invoices and payment records Review purchase orders, receipts, and billing documentation for accuracy Support check runs, ACH payments, and account reconciliations Maintain organized vendor files and assist with payment-related inquiries Help resolve invoice discrepancies and support month-end activities Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams as needed Preferred Background: Experience in Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or accounting administration Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and attention to detail Previous experience within manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or industrial environments preferred This is a great opportunity to join a stable and team-oriented company with long-term potential and a hands-on work environment.
