Accounts Payable Lead

Company Overview: A leading integrated full-service provider in the aviation industry, specializing in aftermarket power and maintenance for commercial jet engines, is seeking an Accounts Payable Lead. This role offers the opportunity to grow into broader vendor management and contract oversight responsibilities. Job Responsibilities: Review, process, and approve high volumes of vendor invoices Allocate expenses across multiple entities, funds, and structures Support reimbursement processes tied to debt facilities Partner with internal accounting teams to ensure accurate AP processing Maintain documentation and support audit/compliance requirements Assist with vendor onboarding and maintain vendor records Participate in vendor-related processes, including contract tracking and adherence Contribute to process improvement in a scaling environment Qualifications: 2–10+ years of Accounts Payable or relevant accounting experience Experience working in multi-entity environments with allocation exposure Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong Excel skills Experience in financial services or similar industries preferred Compensation: Salary: $80,000 – $125,000 The post Accounts Payable Lead appeared first on Landing Point.
