Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable clerk is responsible for ensuring absolute accuracy of inventory postings and vendor invoices.This position is also responsible for tracking open reference numbers to ensure that all parts have been properly allocated.Vendor checks are run every week paying vendors on a timely basis in order to maintain a good relationship with our suppliers.This position is posted as a full-time, in-person position reporting Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.The company offers paid vacation and paid holidays as well as bonus attendance days.The ideal candidate will be well organized and a self starter.They must be able to work independently, but communicate effectively across departments and with vendor contacts.Basic accounting knowledge is preferred but no official certification is required.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
