Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day AP operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This Accounts Payable Specialist role offers stability, hands-on exposure, and the opportunity to work closely with operations and finance teams. Responsibilities Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and timeliness Perform 3-way matching (invoice, PO, receiving documentation) Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Assist with check runs and ACH payments Support month-end close activities related to AP Requirements Education: Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role Experience with high-volume invoice processing Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail This Accounts Payable Specialist opportunity offers long-term stability and the chance to join a company focused on quality and continuous improvement.
