Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Payroll Specialist to join our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks, construction billing/invoicing, payroll processing, and general office accounting duties. Responsibilities Process accounts receivable and customer invoicing Prepare and submit construction invoices and progress billings Manage payroll processing for employees and subcontractors Track payments, collections, and outstanding balances Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end reporting Communicate with customers regarding invoices and payments Support office administration and accounting tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience in accounts receivable, payroll, or bookkeeping preferred Experience with QuickBooks required or strongly preferred Prior construction industry invoicing/billing experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Flexible Schedule Medical Insurance Offered Schedule Monday–Friday Full-time If you are organized, motivated, and have accounting experience in the construction industry, we would love to hear from you!
