Activities Aide (Part-Time) Nightingale Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Nightingale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a Part-Time Activities Aide to join our team.Nightingale is a long-term care facility committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents.This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, growing team of dedicated caregivers and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.Position Summary The Activities Aide assists the Activities Director in planning, organizing, and delivering engaging programs that support the social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and recreational needs of our residents.Key Responsibilities Assist the Activities Director with planning, implementing, and evaluating resident activities and programs Encourage resident participation and provide one-on-one or group engagement Support recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programming Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary Nightingale team Demonstrate compassion, patience, and respect toward the senior population Maintain a positive and supportive environment for residents Schedule Requirements Part-time position Flexible availability required Includes one evening per week Rotating weekends Some holidays Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Prior experience working with seniors preferred, but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compassionate and dependable.
