Southmont also provides short-term rehabilitation that can include physical, occupational, and/or speech therapies. The Activities and Lifestyle Engagement Assistant is responsibleforassistingin conducting and developing the (24-hour) lifestyle engagement program for residents.Implementactivities assuring that each resident’s individual needs are met, maximizing resident strengths and abilities. Documents resident progress in accordance with all state, federal and departmental guidelines and regulations. Requirements For TheLifestyle Engagement Assistant Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED). Prior experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
