The college offers associate of arts, associate of fine arts, associate of science and associate of applied science degrees, professional and skills certificates, and noncredit courses and programs, and workforce development training in a 14-county area in central Missouri with locations in Sedalia, Boonville, Clinton, Lake of the Ozarks, Whiteman Air Force Base, Jefferson City and online. Position Purpose: We are looking for qualified candidates to teach various classes at our location in Jefferson City on the campus of Lincoln University. Need qualified instructors to teach general education classes such as English, sociology, psychology, music, art, and sciences. All classes will be taught over the 16 week semester on campus between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. starting in mid August 2026 No applications are being sought for online teaching or evening classes at this time. Essential Job Functions: Instruct assigned courses using predetermined textbooks and curriculum Utilize technology (including Canvas) Gradebook/feedback up-to-date within 1 week in Canvas Timely response to student emails within 24 hours Meet attendance and final grade entry deadlines ILO/data reporting to Lead Instructor/Division as requested • Maintain communication with Lead Instructor and Division Chair Other duties as deemed necessary for the function of the college.
