Admin / Accounts Receivable

ICON Restoration is looking for an Admin/Accounts Receivable to add to our growing team! Benefits/health insurance, PTO time, and Paid Vacation days offered.Opportunity to advance for the right individual.The ideal candidate will have the following:Experience:QuickBooks experience a must, Data Entry, Microsoft Suite, Customer Service, Comfortable using a computer, collections experience, construction familiarity a plus but not required.PAY:Dependent on experience.ADDITIONAL:Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean, valid license.Able to work 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday.Some on call required on rotating basis for phone calls after hours.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$675.00 - $750.00 per week Benefits:401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience:Microsoft Office:1 year (Preferred) Customer Service:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
