Job Description
NOTE This role may involve travel throughout the continental United States to support upper management at our various dealership and transportation locations. All travel expenses, including airfare, hotels, and transportation, are fully covered, and employees receive a daily meal stipend while traveling. Trips generally last between 3–5 days but may extend up to 14 days at maximum. Following travel assignments, employees are expected to work a minimum of two weeks in person at our Manhattan headquarters located in The Trump Building on Wall Street. This position guarantees between 25–40 hours per week, with scheduling available Monday through Sunday between the hours of 10:00 AM and 11:00 PM. We are a nationwide automotive dealership group headquartered in The Trump Building on Wall Street in Manhattan, NY. Our company directly owns and operates 52 independent car dealerships and auto transport businesses across the United States. We are currently seeking an Administrative Support & Sales Specialist to assist with a variety of operational and sales-related responsibilities, including but not limited to: Processing motor vehicle titles and related paperwork Answering and directing client phone calls Logging customer inquiries and service requests Managing incoming sales calls and lead tracking Data entry and administrative support tasks Additional office and operational duties as assigned Comprehensive training is provided, so prior automotive dealership experience is not required, although it is highly valued. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with limited professional experience to work directly alongside executive leadership and gain hands-on exposure to business operations. The role offers significant growth potential, including opportunities to advance into management positions overseeing sales teams, with additional bonus compensation tied to team performance. Qualifications High school diploma required Must be at least 18 years of age Previous office or administrative experience preferred Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available Primary office schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–6:00 PM Sales responsibilities may also be completed remotely during evenings and weekends Compensation: Base hourly pay starts between $18.00–$23.00/hour , with potential increases up to $27/hour by the second year , and additional commission oppurtonities . Estimated total compensation, including hourly pay and commissions, averages approximately $40/hour . Potential annual earnings may range from $80,000–$120,000+ for employees working approximately 50 hours per week.
