Job Description
The Creative Wealth Group franchise of Ameriprise Financial is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help take our growing practice to the next level.We are a tight-knit team that takes care of each other and produces at an extremely high level, and the ideal candidate for the role would have these qualities as well.We hold true to our credo and guiding principles that the client always comes first, integrity always, striving for excellence, and serving our community.Helping our clients achieve their financial goals is our top priority, and we have been accomplishing this for more than 20-years.We are conveniently located in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago (ample parking available and near public transportation).The Administrative Assistant will primarily focus on office management, and ongoing communication with our clients (appointment scheduling, issue resolution, etc.).Qualifications:Extremely proficient written and verbal communications skills Must be skilled in using computer programs and must be very comfortable with using any and all types of technology (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, etc.) Office management experience is preferred (vendor relations, general office upkeep) This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities.Responsibilities and Time Allocation - Will change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by the advisor.Position Functions:Routine client outreach to schedule appointments, resolve outstanding issues, and client concierge responsibilities Answering and resolving all incoming phone calls while keeping the team updated as necessary Office supply orders and restocking Managing any shipping and mailing needs Tracking status of any outstanding client issues Resolving any office repairs and upkeep as needed Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits:Flexible schedule Experience:Customer service:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
