Administrative Assistant – Personal Finances & Cleaning Company Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a growing cleaning company and real estate business. This role involves a mix of administrative support, transaction coordination, scheduling, client communication, bookkeeping assistance, and day-to-day operational management. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment. ResponsibilitiesCleaning Company Support Coordinate cleaning schedules and turnovers Communicate with cleaners, vendors, and clients Manage calendars, supply orders, and service requests Track invoices, payments, and recurring services Assist with customer follow-up and issue resolution Maintain organized records and spreadsheets Financial & Administrative Tasks Assist with bookkeeping and expense tracking Organize receipts, invoices, and statements Help manage business accounts and vendor payments Maintain confidentiality with financial information General administrative support and project assistance Qualifications Previous administrative experience preferred Real estate or property management experience is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools Quick learner with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and problem solve Bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience is a plus Position Details Full-time or part-time available Flexible hours possible for the right candidate Hybrid/remote flexibility may be available depending on experience Competitive pay based on experience Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, organized under pressure, and enjoys helping keep businesses running smoothly behind the scenes.
