Position Overview: Chef for Hire is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Administrative Associate to support our home-delivered meal services for aging and disabled clients. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth, compassionate, and compliant experience for the individuals we serve. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable balancing a variety of administrative and client-facing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Create, update, and maintain client accounts in compliance with HIPAA standards Accurately take and process client meal orders Respond to and resolve client inquiries with professionalism and empathy Coordinate and reschedule meal deliveries as needed Communicate effectively with service coordinators and care teams on behalf of clients Support daily administrative operations and assist with miscellaneous office tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and highquality service Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Basic computer proficiency (data entry, email, scheduling systems) At least two years of office experience in healthcare, social services, or administrative roles At least 18 years of age Wages, Hours, and Benefits: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Starting Wage $17/hr Paid Breaks and Lunch Vacation and Sick time accumulation Thanksgiving and Christmas off paid IHCRA Eligible What We’re Looking For: This is a dynamic role that goes beyond a single set of duties.
