The successful applicant will be able to handle a heavy workload looking after Staff Specialists and Clinics. The Clinics are held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with a possibility of extended hours but can be taken as time in lieu. The primary role will be to provide administrative support for Paediatric Clinic activity: Prichard wing paediatrics outpatient clinic activity + paediatric clinic billings. Scheduling, and revenue capture for the Paediatric Ambulatory Care Service on 1East Paediatrics Ward and to assist ward admin assistants in managing paediatric outpatient appointments both in the Prichard wing and the Paediatrics ward. Preparation of billings for privately insured paediatric inpatients, to enable revenue capture. Clinic schedule management including confirming attendance and filling empty spots from wait list. Discounted Private Health Insurance. Selection Criteria Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks including providing support to Staff Specialists. Aiding medical staf f with tasks such as height, weight and HbA1c process. Demonstrated experience in responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response. Demonstrated high level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated administrative experience in a Clinic setting. Demonstrated high level skills and experience in Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.). Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team. Demonstrated experience in the use of eMR, IPM and IProcurement. Clinic schedule management including confirming attendance and filling empty spots from wait list. Need more information?
