In this hands-on role, you’ll provide administrative and light account support to senior staff, helping coordinate client projects, track budgets, and manage schedules and production timelines. Responsibilities include preparing and proofreading documents, maintaining databases, processing invoices and expenses, and liaising with vendors to ensure accurate, on-time project delivery.
