We’re looking for a people‑focused Administrative Assistant who is proactive, detail oriented, multi-tasker that thrives in a fast‑paced fitness environment and loves creating exceptional member experiences. Position Overview The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in keeping memeberships accurate, check-ins, keeping members engaged, supported, and excited to return for their next round. This role blends administrative tasks, customer service, community building, and marketing support to ensure every member feels valued from day one. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date membership records and billing information Provide exceptional customer service in‑gym, by phone, and via email/text Engage with members on social media and respond to comments/messages Assist with member appreciation initiatives, events, and recognition programs Support new member onboarding and follow‑up to ensure a smooth start Track attendance trends and proactively reach out to at‑risk members Promote class packages, membership upgrades, and special offers Collaborate with coaches to ensure member needs and concerns are addressed Help maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment Assist with front desk operations, check‑ins, and retail sales Contribute ideas for improving retention, engagement, and community culture Preferred Skills & Qualities Experience in a fast pace fitness environment, preferably martial arts or combat sport. Proficient in admin, computer literacy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with social media platforms especially Instagram Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable Positive, energetic, and passionate about fitness Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Independent self-starter Membership sales a plus.
