Administrative Assistant (Full-Time) Company:Artisan Interiors Upholstery & • Design Location:Sacramento, CA Schedule:Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Employment Type:Full-Time About Artisan Interiors Upholstery & • Design Artisan Interiors Upholstery & • Design is a high-end, craftsmanship-driven company specializing in custom furniture, reupholstery, and interior-focused design services.We serve discerning residential clients who value quality, longevity, and thoughtful design over mass production.The company operates through three core divisions:1.Artisan Upholstery - Reupholstery, furniture restoration and repairs, and custom upholstery 2.Artisan Bespoke Furniture - Fully custom, heirloom-quality furniture and headboards 3.Artisan Drapery & • Shade - Custom draperies, shades, valances, and architectural window treatments Our work blends old-world craftsmanship with modern systems, technology, and marketing.We are growing deliberately and are building a strong internal team to support that growth.About the Role We are seeking a highly capable Administrative Assistant to support design, sales, and production teams in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.This role sits at the center of daily operations and plays a key part in keeping projects, communication, and content moving smoothly.In addition to core administrative responsibilities, this position supports marketing and brand visibility through regular social media management and short-form video content.The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, comfortable working with people across departments, and able to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy.This is not a passive or slow-moving admin role.You will be expected to support multiple teams, switch contexts efficiently, and execute tasks with minimal hand-holding.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & • Operational Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership, design/sales staff, and the production team Serve as a communication bridge between front-of-house (design/sales) and back-of-house (production) Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communications with professionalism and clarity Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination for consultations, projects, and production timelines Create, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Maintain and update spreadsheets, trackers, and internal databases Enter data accurately and efficiently across multiple software platforms Organize physical and digital files and maintain clear documentation systems Prepare reports, summaries, and basic presentations as needed Support process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity Marketing & • Social Media Support Manage weekly social media updates and posting across platforms including:o Instagram o Pinterest o Google (Business Profile updates) o Yelp Assist with website blog content, updates, and basic formatting Capture behind-the-scenes content of projects, showroom activity, and production work Shoot short-form video content and reels using a smartphone (no professional filming required) Assist with basic video editing, captions, hashtags, and posting schedules Coordinate with leadership and design staff to highlight finished projects, active projects, and brand storytelling Required Skills & Qualifications Associate's Degree required (or higher) Strong computer and technology proficiency High-level working knowledge of:o Microsoft Excel o Microsoft Word o Microsoft PowerPoint Fast and accurate typing skills Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Clear written and verbal communication Reliable, punctual, and consistent Ideal Candidate Traits Ideal for a motivated new college graduate looking to build real-world experience in operations, design support, and marketing Naturally efficient and process-oriented Comfortable supporting multiple teams with different priorities Picks things up quickly and asks smart questions Calm under pressure and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Self-directed with a strong sense of ownership Organized, proactive, and dependable Comfortable being on-site and interacting with designers, craftspeople, and leadership Professional demeanor with a no-drama mindset Work Environment Established, design-forward company with a strong reputation for quality Fast-paced, execution-focused workplace supporting multiple divisions Early schedule that allows afternoons free High standards for accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism Opportunity to grow with a scaling, multi-division business How to Apply To be considered, candidates must follow application instructions exactly.Please submit the fo
