Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! All roles are paid positions, including internships, emphasizing our commitment to valuing every team member's contribution.Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls accurately Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to maintain accurate records Organize files, documents, and correspondence through meticulous filing systems and proofreading for accuracy Support office management by coordinating calendars, scheduling appointments, and managing time-sensitive tasks Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, or in person while maintaining proper phone etiquette Assist with clerical duties such as copying, scanning, mailing, and preparing reports or presentations Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is highly desirable Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Strong computer literacy and typing skills for data entry and document proofreading Experience working at a front desk or as a receptionist in medical or dental settings is advantageous Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, calendar management, and bookkeeping basics Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and time management abilities Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values initiative, professionalism, and dedication.Your contribution will help create an organized environment where clients feel welcomed and supported every step of the way!
