Position Overview Biltmore Insurance Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential operational and administrative support to our team.This role is in-office and plays a key part in keeping daily office functions running smoothly and supporting internal staff with organization, communication, and coordination.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to managers and team members across departments Answer and route phone calls; take messages and respond to general inquiries Assist with taking payments from our clients Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and internal documents Maintain electronic and paper filing systems in an organized and compliant manner Order office supplies and assist with general office operations Assist with data entry, record maintenance, and basic reporting Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required; additional education a plus 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset High attention to detail and confidentiality Why Join Biltmore Insurance Services?
