Location: Troy, Michigan Schedule: Fully onsite, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Contract Length: 12+ months Employment Type: Temporary assignment with potential for permanent hire What You’ll Do: Provide day-to-day administrative support for several advisor teams Draft, review, and format confidential client communications Scan, organize, and maintain digital and physical records across systems Prepare expense reports and allocate billing details accurately Assist with time-sensitive quarterly client tax payment processing Support special projects and general administrative tasks as needed What You Bring: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced setting Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability Please submit your resume in Word format for immediate consideration!
