Job Description
Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) Schedule: 20–25 hours per week Compensation: $20 Per an hour Location: Hauppauge, New York Position Overview Center for Wealth Preservation is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support a high-performing advisor team in our Syosset office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused wealth management environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and operational support. You will play a key role in keeping the team organized, ensuring a seamless client experience, and helping move business through the pipeline efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage advisor calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate appointments. Prepare meeting materials, run reports, and ensure all paperwork is organized in advance. Schedule and track annual client reviews and follow-up tasks. Maintain and update client records in CRM systems with accuracy and confidentiality. Handle client service requests, incoming calls, and email correspondence in a professional and timely manner. Assist with new business processing and follow up on outstanding requirements with carriers and internal teams. Support seminar and event logistics, client appreciation initiatives, and marketing mailings. Maintain organized digital and physical files to support compliance and operational workflows. Provide light office support to ensure the advisor team operates efficiently. Qualifications 3+ years of administrative experience in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or a professional office environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience supporting client-facing professionals is a plus. Preferred Attributes Client-first mindset with a polished and professional demeanor.
