This administrative assistant opportunity offers broad exposure, meaningful responsibility, and long‑term growth potential within a small, collaborative team. Position Summary The administrative assistant will serve as the primary point of coordination for executive scheduling, administrative processes, and day‑to‑day office support. This role requires professionalism, adaptability, and strong communication skills. The administrative assistant will work closely with leadership, interact across departments, and support a fast‑paced, feedback‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities Provide high‑level administrative assistant support to senior leadership, with full ownership of complex calendar management Coordinate all internal and external meeting requests and manage scheduling across a growing team Draft and manage professional email correspondence and documentation Track executive priorities, action items, and follow‑ups Prepare and edit presentations and materials, with strong emphasis on PowerPoint Manage document execution using electronic signature platforms Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including scheduling, tracking, and administrative setup Track PTO balances and respond to employee benefit‑related inquiries in coordination with partners Manage office supplies purchases and maintain accurate expense tracking Support basic website updates and special projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a comparable support role Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; basic Excel skills Comfortable working on Mac computers and learning new systems Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Skills & Attributes Exceptional calendar management and professional email skills Adaptable, growth‑oriented, and open to feedback Comfortable supporting different personalities and working styles Organized, proactive, and service‑minded Able to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment Work Environment This is a hybrid role with three to four days per week in the office.
